28 oz can of Canned Tomatoes, crushed
3 tablespoons of Chili Powder
2 tablespoons of Cumin
1 tablespoon of Oregano
1 can (15 oz) of Kidney Beans, drained
Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
