3 large eggs

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and a pinch of salt. Cut the cold butter into cubes and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Gradually add cold water, one tablespoon at a time, until the dough forms. Wrap it in cling film and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
