1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped

1 red onion, diced
1 cup of black olives, pitted and sliced
100 grams of salami, sliced into strips
150 grams of mozzarella cheese, cubed
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of vinegar
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
Salt to taste
