  • 1 cup Oreo cookie butter
  • 810 crushed Oreos for topping

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan, or line it with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy with a hand mixer.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  • Alternately add the dry ingredients and milk to the butter mixture, starting and ending with the dry mixture. Mix until incorporated.
  • Gently fold in the Oreo cookie butter until well blended.
  • Pour the batter into your prepared cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let the cake cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
