1 sheet of puff pastry (thawed)

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Let the brie cheese soften at room temperature.
Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares about 4 inches on each side, making about 9-12 squares.
Pulse the pistachios in a blender or food processor until finely chopped but textured.
Place a square of puff pastry on a baking sheet, then add a slice of brie and drizzle honey on top. Optionally sprinkle fresh thyme.
