1 bunch of asparagus (approximately 1 lb), trimmed
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Start by lightly seasoning your chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning on both sides.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Once sizzling, add the chicken breasts and sear for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Once done, transfer the chicken to a plate and cover to keep warm.
In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and then the asparagus. Cook for 2-3 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
Add the minced garlic to the asparagus and stir, cooking for about a minute until fragrant.
Return the chicken to the skillet with the asparagus. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan on top and gently toss.
Serve with a squeeze of lemon on top.
