2 cups of cooked turkey, shredded
1 cup of gravy
1 cup of frozen peas
1 diced onion
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of thyme
To taste of salt and pepper
2 cups of cooked rice
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onions and sauté for about 3-5 minutes until they are soft and translucent.
