1 cup of self-rising flour
1 cup of Greek yogurt
1/4 cup of raisins
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of melted butter

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt. Stir until a rough dough forms. If it feels too sticky, add a touch more flour.
Once your dough is formed, fold in the raisins, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
On a floured surface, divide the dough into 4 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball, then poke a hole in the center to form the bagel shape.
Preheat your air fryer to 325°F (or 160°C) and spray the basket lightly with cooking spray.
Carefully place the shaped bagels in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until they’re golden brown and cooked through.
Brush the warm bagels with melted butter once they’re done. Let them cool for a minute and enjoy while they're warm!
