4 ears of fresh corn
1 cup of diced tomatoes
1 cup of diced bell peppers
1/2 cup of diced onion
3 tablespoons of lime juice
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
Start by husking the fresh corn and removing any silk. Cook the corn until it's tender, then let it cool down.
